When is the time to carry out sealing and repairs?

If bins and cracks are left unchecked, then it allows water to enter the bins foundation which will only lead to further damage and spoilage. Bin and foundation deterioration becomes evident rather quickly after an extended period of snowy and icy weather, as water that has entered into the foundation freezes, expanding the joints and cracks, and then when it thaws, it causes concrete to crack and crumble, and for moisture to enter the bin.
